The pressure is on..yesterday Alan pointed out that you can “row” the corn already. Since I’ve been married to a farmer for a number of years, I know what that means: the plants are up enough that when you are driving by you can see the rows. Good thing I’ve been working on the design–did I mention that I’m not done, though? It usually takes me about a week to get the design ready to give to Alan, and I’m probably halfway there.
How I Design the Treinen Farm Corn Maze Part 3

Julia suggested he is more of an automaton than a cyborg. What do you think?
“Automaton” implies an artificial intelligence; my maze man has a human (but enhanced) brain. He is a cyborg because of his artificial components. He also has genetically engineered enhancements (difficult to illustrate in the context of maze design; sadly, the resolution in a cornfield does not extend to the level of DNA, even in a being who is nearly six-hundred feet tall.) However, in my opinion as his creator (his “Dr.Frankenstein”, if you will), he has no alterations that would disqualify him as a member of the human species, or at least until the definition of human in the context of significant enhancements is questioned through legal, moral, and ethical arguments (and by health insurance agencies, of course.)
Good question, though:)
